Cold Pumpkin Desert


220g cream cheese
3/4 cups of sugar
440g mashed pumpkin
3 teaspoons of brandy (optional)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
220g sour cream
1 cup of sliver almonds

Firs bake pumpkin in oven (i took grated) for half an hour at 250°C then afterwords for an hour at 180°C (until it turns darker) then mash in blender. Get together sugar, cheese, brandy, almonds and cinnamon. You can boil almonds in hot water, to peel of the skin and mince in blender. Pour the mixture into pudding bowls. You can decorate with cream or sour cream. I added crushed cookies into the mixture, according to taste (around 70g).
